Shipping Information

Shipping is USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate for orders within the United States. 

USPS Priority Mail — $11.95 flat rate (for PO boxes)

UPS Ground — $14.95 flat rate

*Please note UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes

International Shipping — Please send an email via the contact form with:

1. The address you would like the order sent to including phone number.

2. Specify which item you would like to purchase.
   
   I’ll reply with a quote for shipping (via DHL, typically 3-5 business day delivery) and if you would like to place the order I’ll send an invoice for the total cost.

   
   Once paid, your item will ship asap. 
   
   *Please note - you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges your country may impose on the order.
   

Returns & Exchanges

You can return an unused or undamaged item 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund. If you wish to return a product, here’s what I need:

Contact me to arrange the return and obtain a shipping address.

Package product and all accessories in the original or equivalent packaging. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. 

Upon receipt of the returned item I will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the item only. I do not refund shipping.
